Suitability and entry requirements
Normally aged 18 or over. Level 4 background, prior learning and English proficiency are checked against the specification.
How you study
Indicative total qualification time is 1,200 hours, including 480 guided learning hours. The delivering centre confirms the study option, teaching language and pace.
How you are assessed
Written unit assignments use organisational contexts or cases, with centre assessment and Qualifi external review.
Progression
The website describes progression to the final undergraduate year or relevant Level 6 study. Top-up applications require a review of cumulative credits and your full study background; a standalone 120 credits cannot be treated as two years' 240 credits.

Suitability and entry requirements
Normally aged 18 or over, with a relevant Level 4 qualification, three A levels or equivalent, or an eligible mature applicant. English proficiency is assessed separately.
How you study
Designed for one academic year full time, with flexible part-time and distance options delivered by approved centres.
How you are assessed
Internal centre assessment and OTHM external verification require all specified learning outcomes and assessment criteria to be met.
Progression
OTHM lists complete Level 4 and 5 or Extended business routes towards Arden business top-ups and further business undergraduate stages at Sunderland, among others. Check the qualification combination required for each route.

E-learning, classroom or blended study is possible. The single-level 120-credit diploma is distinct from the 240-credit Extended qualification.

Learning portfolios are assessed and internally verified by the centre, with GA external quality assurance.
Progression
The website describes higher qualifications and university opportunities. The specification reviewed does not identify named university programmes or entry stages, and other awarding bodies' lists do not apply. GA's current catalogue indicates an exclusive partnership; confirm available courses and delivery permissions with the relevant partner.

Plan further undergraduate study after management development

A single Level 5 diploma carries 120 credits; combined Level 4 and 5 study normally involves 240 credits in total. Eligibility for the final undergraduate stage depends on prior learning, the exact qualifications and the target university's acceptance requirements.

The site presents Level 3 preparation and Level 4/5 undergraduate diplomas separately. Level 3 is quoted separately; the ¥9,800 minimum-price policy is not the total price of a combined Level 4 and 5 programme.

Arden business top-up

OTHM lists a complete Level 4 and 5 or Extended business route. Arden requires a business HND or equivalent study and reviews subject content and English. Online or blended options are available.

Other undergraduate top-up references

Derby's business top-up reviews a business-related HND, equivalent qualification or 240 credits. ARU's international business top-up normally reviews 120 Level 4 plus 120 Level 5 credits. Acceptance of a specific diploma depends on the applicant's full background.
